At the young age of just 16, Shae was signed to Walt Disney Records as the lead guitarist for their new all-female rock band, KSM. From 2006-2010, KSM toured the USA multiple times with artists such as Demi Lovato, David Archuleta, the Jonas Brothers, and The Cheetah Girls. KSM even played alongside the 2008 USA Olympic Gymnastics team on their arena tour, celebrating their success in Beijing. They also appeared on many local and national live TV shows such as Good Morning America, and The Rachael Ray Show.
In 2010, Shae moved on to pursue her first love, heavy/alternative/rock, by writing and producing FireSky’s debut EP, “Erase The Enemy”. She also composed music for short films and television specials including Wendy Liebman’s “Taller on TV,” aired on ShowTime.
Since then, Shae has been a sought after hired guitarist, playing for other artists like Fit For Rivals, Renee Phoenix, Diamante, Veridia, and more. One major highlight was playing with legendary female musicians like Kathy Valentine (The Go-Go’s), Patty Schemel (Hole), Kim Shattuck(The Muffs), and Annabella Lwin(Bow Wow Wow) at Seattle’s EMP Museum for their “Women Who Rock” Exhibit opening.
In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her family, pets, and out in nature.
